Two days workshop on Story Based Activities was conducted On 5th July 2007 by the Brand Ambassador of NMTC Pravina Thapa (specialized in Early childhood & Special Education USA) at NMTC Pr. Hall. 66 participants had attended the workshop from different schools.

Workshop on Circle Time Activities was conducted on 6th July 2007 by Pravina Thapa. It was one of the most useful activities for the early childhood practitioners. The workshop was held at Lecture Hall NMTC and over 70 teachers had attended the workshop.

One day workshop on Art & Craft was held on 8th July 2007 by the Director of studies Ms. Pawitra Limbu who was assisted by Anuradha Thapa and Anamika Giri at Main Pr. Hall NMTC. The importance of art and crafts for the overall development of early childhood years children were also discussed in the workshop. The participants enjoyed creating more than art and craft items suitable for very young children. 70 teachers from all over the countries benefited from this workshop.

On Tuesday, 17th July. Bhanu Jayanti was celebrated in all the branches of Montessori Kinderworld. Bhanu and ghanshi’s drama was very much enjoyed by all the children and staff. Lots of songs and dances were also performed. Chidlren were very excited dressing in nepali national and ethnic dresses. They all looked lovely with unspoken beauty and innocence.

The Parent orientation of children between 3 yrs to 4 yrs took place on two different days at DECC hall, at the World Trade Center, Tripureswor. The parents’ participation was overwhelming. Nearly seven hundred parents from all the centers participated in the seminar. The speaker Ms. Pawitra Limbu gave a marvelous power point presentation on the developmental stage and hazards of the children of these ages. She also discussed how parents can play an active role in the overall development of these young children.
