| Terms and Conditions of school fees. |

A full terms’ fee must be paid , even if a place is required for only part of a term. Payment once made are non-refundable , non adjustable and non transferable.
- No reduction is made on fees for the students who join of leave at the mid of the term.
- There is no provision to adjust or waive in any kind of fees required to pay to the school if the student is absent for a long period of time with whatsoever reasons. This is applicable even if the school is not open due to political disturbance
- A month’s fees for food and transportation are waived on the 12th. Payment of each session for the students who have paid for 11 months continually for an entire session (Baisakh to Chaitra)
- No. 4 is not applicable to the students who join after the first month and leave before the last month of the school year.
- All the payments except admission fees should be made to the school account at the Nepal Investment Bank Ltd. (NIBL), Sunrise, Nabil Bank Ltd. Payment voucher is available at the school office and at the bank too.
- Rs. 300 is charged against each bounce cheque.
- The school fees must be paid within the first month of each term. A fine of Rs. 50 per day, per child, will be imposed after the last working day of the first month of the term.
- If the payment is not made even after the last day of the second month of the term the child will be allowed to attend the school after clearing all the due bills by the concerned parents.

| Annual Stationary fees. |
| The school provides all the learning materials and stationary required for school for which a stationary fee is charged for an annual basis. |

|
| Annual fees. |
| All the students who have paid the admission fees and been studying in the school for more then five months are charged with an annual fees equivalent to three months of monthly fees. The annual fee is used to upgrade physical, educational facilities and to maintain or replace old toys and furniture. |

| Mid-Year departure. |
| The school needs to be notified at least 4 working weeks before a student leaves the school to precede all the school documents. |

|
| Retention Policy. |
| While the retention of a student in the same grade is rarely suggested, it is sometimes in the best interest of the student. Our goals for students to be appropriately challenged and successful. If a student is found to be misplaced in terms of overall maturity of development, a conference will be held which includes the child’s classroom teacher(s), the co-coordinators, directors and parents. |

| School uniform. |
| There’s no school uniforms except on Fridays on which the school on payment provides a T-shirt, P-cap and a jacket. On any other days students are expected to come dressing appropriately neat and clean in comfortable dresses of their choices. |

| Dress code for students. |
- Clothes must be clean and tidy.
- Clothing must allow the children to dress and undress themselves easily.
- Shirt and dresses must be no longer than mid calf.
- High heeled and platform shoes are inappropriate for young children.
- Flip-flops that go between the toes are not suitable when the children are wearing socks.
- Children must be able to put on, fasten and remove their footwear by themselves(except playgroup children). Laces are not appropriate for children who cannot tie them.
- Clothing that the children may need to take off during the classes must be clearly labeled with their names.
- No jewellery is to be morn except for ear studes (to keep the piercing open) and jewellery worn for religious reasons. (the school will not be able to responsible for valuable items that children may bring to school including toys).
